Our Real-Time Information Center (RTIC) serves as a force multiplier for day-to-day operations, bringing together data, technology, and personnel to support responders and improve situational awareness across not only our service area, but also the surrounding area.Staffed by trained personnel, the RTIC monitors live camera feeds, law enforcement databases, and other available information systems to assist with active incidents and ongoing investigations. By consolidating multiple data sources into a single operational picture, the RTIC allows for faster information flow between dispatchers and field units, helping officers and firefighters make informed decisions in real time.
Beyond immediate response, the RTIC plays a key role in identifying trends, supporting investigative follow-up, and enhancing coordination with partner agencies.
