In addition to emergency and dispatch services, ACDC supports several programs designed to keep our communities informed, prepared, and connected. These resources provide residents and businesses with simple ways to share important information and request assistance when it matters most.

Overnight Parking Requests

Residents may submit overnight parking requests when temporary on-street parking is needed outside of standard local regulations. This helps ensure vehicles are properly documented and reduces the likelihood of enforcement issues.

Premise Alert Program
The Premise Alert Program allows DuPage County residents to voluntarily provide information about individuals who may require special consideration during an emergency response. This includes details related to medical conditions, disabilities, or other special needs.

This information is made available to telecommunicators and first responders to help ensure appropriate, effective response and support during emergency situations. The program is intended to enhance safety, improve awareness, and ensure equitable access to emergency services for all individuals.

Vacant Premise / Vacation Watch
Residents who are away from home for an extended period may request periodic checks of their property. This service helps deter suspicious activity and provides added peace of mind while ensuring law enforcement is aware of temporarily unoccupied residences.
