ACDC is CALEA Accredited

The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) is a credentialing authority whose primary mission is to accredit public safety agencies. The purpose of CALEA accreditation programs is to improve the delivery of public safety services, primarily by maintaining a body of standards, developed by public safety practitioners, covering a wide range of up-to-date public safety initiatives; establishing and administering an accreditation process; and recognizing professional excellence.

ACDC is proud to have achieved initial accreditation in July 2017, and received our 2nd accreditation aware in July 2021. CALEA Public Safety Communications Accreditation is based upon 208 standards and best practices of which ACDC must maintain and prove compliance with annually.

CALEA Accreditation demonstrates our commitment to excellence in leadership, resource management, and service to both the public & our member agencies.
